Here at Club Fitness we are participants of the SilverSneakers Program! We offer memberships as well as classes through this program!
Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30am is SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit. This class is a bit higher level of intensity with more standing routines but still seated moves as well! Our instructor has a curriculum to follow to give members a full body workout with weights, resistance tubing, cardio as well as balance and stability.
Mondays and Thursdays at 10:45am is the Classic SilverSneakers class. The instructor does many of the same exercises in the first class but with fewer reps and less intensity. Our classes mainly focus on strength, flexibility, and balance.
Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45pm is our Zumba class. Increase your cardio strength and stability with this dance based workout!
